The Associate Director of Project Management is responsible for the successful
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within the organization. They serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, external partners, and third-party vendors and are accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for project management activities.
- Ensure operational excellence and process improvement.
- Lead team development, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and tasks.
- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage project financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and assess project risks, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Lead client conversations and manage the med-legal process (PRC, regulatory) submission lifecycle.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years in project management
- At least 4+ years in the pharma industry.
- Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Tableau, Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience in project management software such as JIRA, Asana, and Wrike.
- Deep knowledge of digital media best practices and various project types.
- PMP certification and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, and diplomacy skills.
- Experience managing teams across different time zones and locations.
