The Director of Search will lead marketing efforts across both organic and paid search initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, creative strategist and a skilled leader with a proven track record of success in driving acquisition and engagement through search strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop search marketing strategies to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of search strategies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of search marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns meet set goals and objectives.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to understand search engines and optimize campaigns.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be client-facing as needed, representing the company in meetings and presentations.
- Provide education and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in organic and paid search marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in leading search marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with global teams and different time zones.
