The Paid Search Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing, managing, and optimizing paid search initiatives. This position involves meticulous monitoring, strategic planning, and insightful reporting to ensure the successful execution of campaigns aligned with specific objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of search engine marketing strategies, adeptness in campaign optimization, and proficiency in analytical thinking to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute and manage paid search programs across all stages, ensuring adherence to campaign goals and objectives.
  • Implement optimization techniques and mechanisms to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaigns closely, providing timely and accurate reporting aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support planning initiatives and ensure flawless execution.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Excel proficiently for campaign management and reporting.
  • Maintain a strong grasp of industry regulations, especially in highly regulated sectors.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of campaign execution and reporting.

Expectations:

Essential:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in independently executing paid search programs.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns for highly regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of search engine marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques.
  • Experience working within the US market.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics effectively.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
  • Experience in team leadership roles.
  • Previous involvement in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related campaigns.

Note: We specifically seek candidates with approximately 10 years of experience independently managing paid search programs. Candidates must possess excellent English language skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a track record of successful campaign execution.
