Job Description: As an Account Manager at Revcats, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. You will manage a range of tasks to maintain strong client relationships and support the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting phone screens with candidates and submitting detailed scorecards to evaluate their fit for client roles.
- Leading client kickoff calls to understand recruitment needs, set expectations, and establish clear communication channels.
- Scheduling and conducting regular update calls with clients to provide status reports on the recruitment process and address any concerns or questions.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams through emails and texts to ensure alignment with client requirements and progress.
- Keeping clients informed through regular emails and texts, providing updates on the recruitment process, and ensuring timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the talent acquisition or recruitment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
