We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team and manage our client relationships effectively.

Job Description: As an Account Manager at Revcats, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. You will manage a range of tasks to maintain strong client relationships and support the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting phone screens with candidates and submitting detailed scorecards to evaluate their fit for client roles.
  • Leading client kickoff calls to understand recruitment needs, set expectations, and establish clear communication channels.
  • Scheduling and conducting regular update calls with clients to provide status reports on the recruitment process and address any concerns or questions.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams through emails and texts to ensure alignment with client requirements and progress.
  • Keeping clients informed through regular emails and texts, providing updates on the recruitment process, and ensuring timely follow-up on any outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the talent acquisition or recruitment industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
